Our streamlined 30-minute process ensures a smooth and straightforward experience with precise and understandable results delivered in minutes. Here's how to get started.

STEP #1

Receiving your kit

Track your kit's arrival and set aside time for your screening.

After you order your Reperio kit, you'll receive tracking updates by text message and email, so you'll know exactly when it's arriving.

Although the test usually takes about 30 minutes, we recommend setting aside 45 minutes to ensure you're not rushed. This extra time helps you relax, leading to more accurate readings.

Blood pressure cuff

Our Bluetooth-enabled blood pressure cuff is fully automatic, making at-home measurement less stressful.

Tape measure

When it comes time to measure your waist circumference, we walk you through each step using our tape measure.

Lipid and glucose monitor

Use our lipid and glucose monitor to provide a lab-quality lipid panel in minutes.

Light-weight scale

The kit even includes a lightweight digital scale you use to help calculate your body mass.

STEP #2

Preparing your workspace

Once you've unpacked your Reperio kit, follow these steps to get ready:

Set up your workspace on the white mat included in the kit.
Download the Reperio app on your iOS or Android device.
Press the blue button in the center of the Reperio box to enable Bluetooth and send your test results directly to our app.

STEP #3

Measuring your health

Let's get your health data measured with these simple steps, guided by the Reperio app:

Measure your blood pressure with the Bluetooth-enabled blood pressure cuff.
Check your weight with our digital scale, which, along with your height, will help calculate your BMI.
Record your height and waist circumference using the included tape measure to help calculate Relative Fat Mass (RFM).
Collect a tiny blood sample to measure your total cholesterol, HDL, LDL, glucose, and triglycerides.

Understanding your results

Congratulations on completing your screening! Now it's time to relax and let the Reperio app do the heavy lifting.
Instantly, you’ll see your heatlh metrics results. Our app provides a clear, visual summary of your health data, as well as straightforward explanations of what they all mean for your overall health.
At the conclusion of your screening, a clinician meets with you virtually to interpret the results.*

Returning your kit

There’s no hassle when you’re ready to return your kit. Simply place the kit and its contents back into the Reperio shipping box and schedule a pick-up time that works for you directly in-app. Skip the drive to UPS and get precious time back in your day!
